These views belong together. Lab tests help investigate how a page loads under controlled conditions. Real-user measurements show what happened during actual visits. Neither should be reduced to a single screenshot that stands in for the whole storefront.
Why a score can differ from a shopper’s experience
A lab test uses a particular device profile, connection and starting state. Your customers use different phones, networks and browsers. They may arrive on a product page from an ad, open a menu before loading finishes or interact with an app widget.

- Important content appears earlier. The main product image, headline and purchase information should not wait behind content the shopper does not need yet.
- Interactions feel responsive. Menus, product options and cart controls should provide timely feedback.
- The layout remains stable. Late images, fonts and widgets should not unexpectedly move what someone is reading or trying to tap.
